Alternative Broadcast Inspection Program

The NYSBA has been granted permission by the Federal Communications Commission to send an NYSBA authorized "FCC inspector" to conduct an inspection of your radio and/or television station. Upon completion and passage, you will be granted a Certificate of Compliance guaranteeing immunity from routine FCC inspection (by a FCC employee) for THREE FULL YEARS.

There will be a slight charge for the inspection.
