The NYSBA serves as the primary advocate and active representative
for New York State's broadcast industry in Albany and Washington.

The NYSBA maintains a constant vigil on the activities of the New York
State Legislature and Congress.

The NYSBA consists of a full-time staff, headquartered in Albany with
legal counsel in Albany, New York City and Washington.

The NYSBA publishes a substantive and informative newsletter,
entitled NEWSBREAK, which contains an abundance of broadcast related
material of crucial concern to New York State broadcasters.
